Roterdam, then it is better to go to www.skydance.nl .......he is almoost the best!

Hi, I am an experienced paraglider pilot, flying mostly for the past year in the Alps. I have moved to live in Rotterdam and would like to investigate paramotoring. From what I have read there are some strict rules and regulations in the Netherlands. Does anybody run courses or is it better to qualify abroad and then start flying here?
