Slovakian paramotor manufacturer Nimbus have created the Drobek, a trike simulator for flying schools to train new trike pilots in safety.

The Drobek has an additional stabilising wheel at the back, and is fitted with a 50 or 126cc scooter engine with a low centre of gravity, which adds to the stability pf the unit. Nimbus say it is "almost impossible" to tip the Drobek over.

To use, the compny say it feels very similar to a classic trike with propeller.

As an additional safety feature, there is a remote control engine kill unit, so the instructor can cut a trainee's engine if necessary, from the otrher side of the training field.
